These Terms of Service apply to use of the Stonewyrm website, Discord community, Minecraft server, downloads, and related services. By accessing or using Stonewyrm, you agree to these terms.

Use of Services

Stonewyrm provides a community website, a Discord community, a modded Minecraft server, and related downloads or resources. Access to these services is provided on a voluntary, community-use basis and may be changed, restricted, or removed at any time.

Eligibility / User Responsibility

By using Stonewyrm, you agree to use the website, server, Discord, and any related services responsibly and lawfully. You are responsible for your Minecraft account, Discord account, device security, and any activity performed through them.

You may not attempt to exploit, disrupt, bypass, abuse, or interfere with any part of Stonewyrm or its moderation, onboarding, security, or community systems.

Rules & Enforcement

All users are expected to follow the Stonewyrm community rules and any instructions given by staff. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, restricted access, kicks, bans, or permanent removal from Stonewyrm services.

Stonewyrm reserves the right to take moderation or enforcement action when needed to protect the community, its staff, its players, or its services. Attempts to evade restrictions, bypass moderation, or return after removal may result in further action.

Community Content

Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, submit, post, display, or otherwise share within the Stonewyrm website, Discord, Minecraft server, or related spaces.

By sharing content, you represent that you have the right to use or share it. Content that violates community rules, ownership rights, or applicable standards may be removed without notice.

Intellectual Property

Stonewyrm-specific branding, site presentation, written content, custom server materials, and other original Stonewyrm content may not be copied, redistributed, republished, or reused without permission.

User-created content, including but not limited to models, textures, builds, artwork, animations, character assets, and Figura-related creations, remains the property of the original creator unless clearly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Content & Trademarks

All third-party trademarks, logos, game content, mod names, platform names, and copyrighted materials belong to their respective owners.

Stonewyrm does not claim ownership over third-party content and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Mojang, Microsoft, Figura, or any third-party mod developers, platforms, or rights holders unless explicitly stated.

Downloads, Mods & Compatibility

Any downloads, files, launch instructions, modpacks, or related materials provided by Stonewyrm are offered as-is for convenience and community use.

You are responsible for verifying compatibility with your hardware, operating system, Java version, Minecraft installation, and any other software environment. Stonewyrm is not responsible for conflicts, crashes, corruption, performance loss, or other issues resulting from installation or use of third-party or community-provided files.
